Our Services
New Trademark Application
- Our new application services are focused on getting the application through to registration. Therefore, we thoroughly consult with our clients and conduct careful research BEFORE we file the application with the USPTO to ensure the application has the greatest chance to register.
- We take care of the entire procedural processing of the application from beginning to end, including handling any procedural office actions that arise, and taking care of all communications with the USPTO. We update you as the application moves through the USPTO’s processing. After the mark registers, we mail you the certificate.

Trademark Troubles
- If you filed an application that has run into trouble, we can help.
- Here is how our process works: We sign on as the attorney of record, and respond to the current issues. If any future procedural issues arise, we handle those as well, as a part of our service. We update you as the application moves through the USPTO’s processing. Once the mark registers, we mail you the certificate.
- If your situation is a substantive refusal (also known as a “Likelihood of Confusion” refusal or “Generic” Refusal), we will review your options with you and offer you the option of retaining us if we think we can help you. Please contact us to review a Likelihood of Confusion refusal or a Generic refusal. We cannot give a firm quote until we have reviewed the file.

Maintaining Your Registered Marks
